  Clean, new and modern. Rooms are lovely, well sized and appointed. Good value& really helpful staff. Very easy to reccomend.

  Great staff who gave great service. Helped over a very hot weekend with fans when air con did not work as well at the start of break but problem soon sorted. Perhaps head office needs rethink over 10.5 tog duvets in rooms when we get over 20C weather. We had to leave ours on floor and get a sheet from housekeeping for cover on bed instead. Exit from car park to main road very confusing as road markings and lack of signs are missing just before the petrol station. We nearly went out the entry only and had to go through the petrol station forecourt instead of behind the station you are supposed to go.

  its amazing site and staff is so co operative Mr Rob was so friendly on the reception. we stayed there on Ester Holidays when we visit Drytor Manor Park and we plan again to stay there on summer Holidays. Lovely hotel.
